DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES?

We currently deliver in the EU, United States, Canada, Japan, Australia and New Zealand. If you are located elsewhere please contact us to make an enquiry and we will try and assist you.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Orders placed Monday-Friday (excluding public holidays) will be dispatched within the next 2 working days. Orders placed on Friday will be processed the following week. 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DELIVER?

Delivery varies from region to region. Please allow 8 to 14 working days to EU and United States, 4-8 working days to deliver Japan, 25 to 32 working days to Canada, 8-12 working days to delivery to Austria and New Zealand

HOW MUCH ARE SHIPPING COSTS?

Shipping rates vary depending on the size of your order - we try to combine shipping on all items. Shipping fees for the EU, United States and Japan with free by Standared shipment. Shipping fees for the Canada, Australia and New Zealand is €1.92. We also provide Expedited shipment for US/CA/JP/AU for shipping fees from €16.8 to €18.9. Make sure to double check your shipping address when placing an order.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Orders are shipped via DHL-ecommerce, UPS, Fedex, China Post and USPS.
